Day 1
Welcome to Bordeaux!
Meet at the airport or train station in Bordeaux.
Comfortable transfer to the hotel and check-in.
Free time to explore the city for yourself. You can walk through the charming streets of the historic center, enjoy a glass of Bordeaux wine on a café terrace, and enjoy up the atmosphere of one of France’s most beautiful cities.
Day 2
The Charm of Old Bordeaux
A walking tour of the historic city center.
We will see:
- the majestic Place de la Bourse
- the Old Port
- the Garonne riverfront
- elegant 18th-century streets
Bordeaux is often called “Little Paris,” and during the walk you’ll experience its unique atmosphere—refined, peaceful, and very French.
We’ll also visit the wine museum, where we’ll learn about the history of the region’s famous wines.
Day 3
Arcachon and Europe the highest Dune
A trip to the picturesque resort town of Arcachon on the Atlantic coast. Walk through the famous “Winter City” district, where elegant 19th-century villas with unique architecture have been preserved.
Afterward, we’ll head to the region’s natural wonder—the Dune of Pyla, the biggest sand dune in Europe. We’ll climb to the top, where breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic, pine forests, and golden sandy expanses await.
Day 4
The Cap Ferret Lighthouse and a Taste of the Atlantic
A trip to the picturesque Cap Ferret Peninsula. We’ll climb the lighthouse, which offers a stunning view of the ocean, Arcachon Bay, and the famous Dune du Pilat.
A walk along the ocean to experience the atmosphere of the authentic French Atlantic.
Then we’ll visit oyster farms, where you can taste the freshest oysters and seafood with a glass of chilled white wine. This is a true Atlantic culinary ritual and one of the most distinctive flavors of France.
Day 5
Goodby, Bordeaux!
Transfer to the airport or train station.
We bid farewell to this wonderful region, cherishing memories of its atmosphere, the taste of its wine, the ocean breeze, and the beauty of the Atlantic coast.
